Peppermint Dessert Topping Brownies

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. In a separate bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.

4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

5. Fold in the Nestle Peppermint Dessert Topping into the brownie batter.

6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out with a few moist crumbs.

8. Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

9. Once the brownies have cooled, cut them into squares and serve.
