Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with butter papper and set aside.

Put 3/4 cup yogurt and lemon juice in a bowl, whisk lightly. In a separate bowl, combine panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper; mix until thoroughly incorporated.

Marinate chicken strips in yogurt for 1 hour, then toss in bread crumbs mixture, pressing to coat. Place chicken strips on previously prepared baking sheet.
