Cherry Delight

In a pan add 2 cups cherries and 1 cup sugar. Cook for 2-3 mins and set aside.

In a bowl add 200 gm Nestlé MilkPak Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form (use an electric beater). Note: Chill overnight in the fridge (do not put in the freezer).

Add 250 gm cream cheese and 180 gm icing sugar to the whipped cream and beat again. Reserve 1 cup of this mixture for later.

For cherry puree: In a blender add 1 cup cherries and blend them well. Set aside.

Add the cherry puree into the leftover whipped cream mixture and beat well.

In a dessert glass add layers of crushed biscuits, cherry cream mixture, reserved whipped cream mixture, cherry topping, and lastly place a cherry on top.
