Preheat Oven and Season Chicken

Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Season chicken with half salt & pepper and sprinkle with half thyme.

Cook Chicken

Heat the oil in a frying pan and place chicken breasts skin side down and cook until chicken skin is browned. Turnover and cook until other side is browned.

Prepare Sauce

Drain off the oil from the pan and add the stock, cream, remaining thyme and crushed garlic and bring to boil, add remaining salt and pepper.
