Step 1

Slice onions and fry till golden brown, drain oil and set aside. Take your wok, pour oil then add cloves, green cardamom and whole black pepper. Fry for few seconds, add chicken and fry the chicken till it changes color.

Take a bowl; add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt and mix it well. Then add the chicken and cook till the water dries, keep stirring for few more minutes.

Add fried onion and mix well. Add nutmeg, mace and cardamom powder; also add the kewra and 1 cup water. Cook covered over low heat for 10 minutes. Serve with naan/roti.
