Heat oil and sauté aromatics

In a wok add oil. Heat. Add the ginger/garlic. Saute till light gold.

Cook chicken

Add the chicken and saute well on medium flame for 8 minutes moving frequently.

Add spices and tomatoes

Now Add all the masalas. Mix well. Sprinkle water to get rid of the raw masala smell. Add salt. Mix. Add the tomatoes and cover and cook for 20 mins or till chicken is done and oil rises to the surface.

Add yogurt and garnish

Now add in well beaten yogurt. Cook on medium flame and wait for oil to come to the surface again. Garnish with garam masala, sliced green chilies, fresh coriander and julienned ginger.
