Step 1

Heat butter in a pan and add onions, cook for 2 mins till soft.
then add vegetables cut in small pieces to pan and stir.
Add 1 cup water and cook till vegetables are soft. Whisk flour and milk in a separate pan. Cook milk and flour for 2, 3 min stirring constantly. Add milk mixture to vegetables. Lastly, add seasoning and serve.
