Step 1

Thinly slice chicken in a 2 by 2 inch size. Marinate in onion/garlic powder, sprinkle of salt and pepper, corn flour, smoked paprika or regular red chilli powder, mixed herbs, olive oil and water. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a non stick pan. Add the chicken to the pan. Cook on medium heat. 2 minutes one side. Flip. 2 mins the other side. Remove chicken from oil. Set aside.
In the same pan, add butter and minced garlic. Saute till light golden.

Put chicken back into the pan on medium heat. Saute well, add sliced mushrooms and saute till liquid dries. Add halved cherry tomatoes, handful basil leaves. mix well.

Now add mustard, vinegar, fresh cream, a cup boiling water with 1 chicken stock cube. (adjust vinegar/mustard/salt to your taste)
Cover and cook for 2-3 mins on low flame.
