Step 1

Put brown sugar, corn flour and salt in saucepan. Cook over low heat. Whisk to combine. Add ½ cup Nestlé MILKPAK UHT MILK and whisk until combined. Cook over medium heat.

Add remaining Nestlé MILKPAK UHT MILK and Nestlé MILKPAK Cream, continue whisking to combine. Bring to boil, whisking frequently. Let it boil while whisking for 1 minute. Remove pan from heat, then add butter and vanilla. Whisk to combine

Pour pudding into bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing plastic wrap directly onto surface of pudding. Garnish with sweetened cream and cocoa powder. Chill 2 hours before serving.
