Place chicken and 1 tbsp of Cajun seasoning in a bowl and toss to coat. (Cajun Seasoning: combine all spices for Cajun seasoning in a bowl and mix well, use as directed in the recipe) In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken in butter till the chicken is tender, for about 5 to 7 minutes.
