Boil cauliflower and mash. Add melted butter, season mashed cauliflower with pepper and salt. Add NESTLÉ MILKPAK UHT Milk, NESTLÉ MILKPAK Cream, cheese and cook well. Garnish with green onion and serve it with steaks or grilled meat or fish
