Step 1

In a pan or handi pour oil and heat it over medium to low flame for 5mins then add chicken into it.

Now add Ginger garlic paste and wait until all the water dries up and chicken looks white in colour. At this point add your salt and all other spices and a tbsp of green chilies and mix well

Add yogurt and cook until your chicken is completely done. Now add malai and mix gently cook only for a minute or two.then turn off the flame.

Garnish it with some chopped ginger green chilies and cilantro (dhania).
Serve with roti or rice.
