Prepare Cookie Crust

Crush chocolate cookies in a food processor, add melted butter and mix well. Mixture will resemble bread crumbs. Use ¼ - ½ cup of crumbs per small tart mold and press it evenly and reserve in the freezer.

Make Chocolate Filling

Melt chocolate in a microwave in short intervals. Add cream and emulsify the mix. Pour the mixture in the reserved tart cases and let it cool in the fridge until completely set.
