Caramelize Sugar

Put a heavy based pan over medium flame and add sugar to the pan. Let the sugar melt and turn golden. Grease a tray or plate and pour the caramelized sugar on it and leave to set harden. Once it's hard, crush it into small pieces.

Prepare Coffee Whipped Cream

Dissolve the coffee in water and cool completely. Whip MP whipping cream till soft peaks form, add icing sugar and whip till hard peaks form, mix in the coffee and beat for a few seconds.

Slice the cake horizontally in 2 equal halves. Drizzle milk over both sides.
