Step 1

Grease the dish with butter, and dust the inside with granulated sugar.

For the filling melt the chocolate, mix in milk and cream and egg yolks together until combined.

Spread the brownie pieces and pour in the chocolate filling on top. Spread one packet of marshmallows on top. And bake at 180C for 18-20 mins until set.

Top the dish with whipped cream and serve warm with vanilla icing and dust of cocoa powder.
