Basic Vanilla Ice Cream

Beat egg whites till soft peaks form, add sugar slowly while beating. Beat cream till fluffy. Beat yolks till creamy. Fold together egg whites, cream and yolks. And freeze overnight in covered plastic box.

Fudge sauce

In heavy saucepan add caster sugar, NESTLÉ MILKPAK Cream, butter, golden syrup, plain chopped chocolate and boil over medium heat while stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
Remove saucepan from heat, stir in the vanilla essence.
Leave sauce to cool, stirring occasionally, then with a spoon or a knife quickly swirl fudge sauce into the ice cream to create a marble design. Cover the container of the ice cream again, return to the freezer and freeze overnight.
