Prepare the base

Crush the biscuits to a fine crumb, and mix in the melted Nestlé MilkPak Butter. Press this into the base of a pan evenly, in a thick layer. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 mins.

Prepare the filling

Heat up the Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream and honey. Take off the heat and let it infuse.

Mix eggs and cream

In a separate bowl, break the eggs, and separate the yolks and whites. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar. Pour the honey-infused cream on top of the eggs and mix slowly with a whisk. When combined, strain the mix through a fine sieve.

Bake the mixture

Pour the mixture on top of the biscuit base and bake in a Bain Marie in the oven at 160C for 30-35 mins. Remove from oven.

Prepare the topping

Cut the berries into pieces. Sprinkle sugar on the Creme Brûlée and burn using a blow torch. For a thick caramel layer, add sugar twice. Top it with freshly cut berries of your choice.
