Cook Chicken

Heat butter in a pan, fry garlic paste for a few seconds, add chicken. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes with garlic. Add hot sauce and mustard, mix well. Add salt and pepper for seasoning. Remove cooked chicken from pan and keep aside to cool.

Prepare Sour Cream

Mix lemon juice in MP cream and keep aside for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.

Assemble Rolls

Take one roll Pati and place a few strips of cooked chicken on it, followed by a few pieces of jalapenos, onions, capsicums, beans. Then put a teaspoon of soured MP cream and a teaspoon of cheese in it and roll tightly turning the sides in too. Seal the edges with a beaten egg.

Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry rolls till golden brown. Or bake them in the oven till golden brown for a healthier version.
