Dissolve Gelatin

Mix the gelatin in hot water and dissolve.

Prepare Chocolate Mixture

Heat the 50 ml MP cream and add to chopped chocolate and coffee. Mix till the chocolate melts fully. Mix in the gelatin and leave to cool to room temperature.

Whip the MP Cream till soft peaks form. Add icing sugar and beat for few seconds.
