Prepare Cookie Crumbs

Crush the Oreo cookie sandwiches. Add melted butter to the cookie crumbs.

Make Ganache

In a double boiler, gradually warm NESTLÉ MILKPAK Cream. A double boiler is created with a heat proof bowl on top of a saucepan filled with boiling water, constantly stir OR warm the cream in the microwave in bursts of heat for 20 seconds and stir in between. Break chocolate bars into small chunks and add to the hot cream. Stir to melt until you get a smooth ganache. For more chocolatey and warm notes add cocoa.

Whip Cream

In a separate bowl, whisk (electric beater) the chilled (overnight) NESTLE MILKPAK Whipping Cream till peaks form. Add castor sugar. Dissolve NESCAFÉ Coffee in 1.5 tablespoons of hot water. Add the coffee mixture to the whisked cream.

Assemble Dessert

Drizzle the sides of the jar (dried and washed) with chocolate sauce. Add 1/4 cup of cookie mixture at the bottom of the jars. Then add a nice thick layer of ganache followed by mocha whipping cream which should be piped on top. Sprinkle chopped walnuts. Repeat the process until filled. Decorate with chopped walnuts, chocolate chips and chocolate hearts. Chill to set.
