Prepare crust

In a small bowl, combine digestive crumbs and butter. Keep aside.

Whip cream

Add chilled Milkpak whipping cream to a mixer bowl and beat until stiff peaks form.

Prepare cheesecake mixture

In another bowl, add cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Fold in whipped cream.

Prepare peaches

Cut peaches into small bite-sized pieces and toss with brown sugar.

Spoon a little crust into small dessert glasses, top with a bit of cheesecake mixture and then top with prepared peaches. Sprinkle with remaining biscuit crumbs if desired.
