Boil Pasta

In a pot, boil pasta in salted water till al dente. Strain and set aside.

Prepare Sauce Base

In a pan, add olive oil and butter, melt. Add the garlic mince. Saute on medium heat till light gold. Add chilli flakes. Do not let that burn.

Cook Spinach and Cream

Add in the blended spinach and saute till water dries. Now add in the cream. Mix.

Add Stock and Milk

Add the chicken stock cubes and warm milk. Mix well. Lower the flame, cover and cook for 2 mins.

Season Sauce

Uncover, sprinkle dried herbs & garlic powder. Check for salt and consistency. Add warm water if the sauce has dried up.

Serve Pasta

Mix in hot pasta immediately. Serve with Garlic bread and salad on side.
