Step 1

Preheat oven 200 degrees. Cut a tomato into half and place it in the baking tray, brush with olive oil, salt and black pepper and roast for 20 minutes.

In a pan add onions, garlic, olive oil, butter, red chili powder and sauté until onions start to turn brown. Add tomato paste, basil, thyme, and chicken stock.
