1. Marinate chicken in NESTLÉ Milkpak Yogurt for an hour.
2. In a pan heat oil add garlic, ginger, salt, white pepper and chicken and cook well till chicken is tender.

3. In a pan pour two tbsp. oil, heat it and put whole red chilies, curry leaves, coriander seeds, cumin and fry for 1 minute, till cumin is fragrant and golden brown.
4. Pour this on the cooked chicken and serve hot with rice.
