Put cocoa powder in a saucepan. Stir in NESTLÉ MILKPAK UHT Milk, a little bit at a time. Add chocolate and melt over medium heat, stirring continuously. Bring to boil. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla essence and a pinch of salt. Ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream.
