MilkyBar Dessert Topping Cheesecake

1. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.

2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, Plain yogurt, and sugar until well combined.

3. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4. Stir in the Milkybar Dessert Topping, fresh herbs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of Maldon salt. Mix until smooth.

5. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

6. Bake for about 1 hour or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

7. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional 30 minutes.

8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.

9. Serve chilled and garnish with additional fresh herbs, if desired.
