Prepare the crust

In a grinder add biscuits and grind them well. Add butter and grind it again. Add the mixture to the pie mold and refrigerate it for 10 minutes.

Cook the caramel

In a pan heat butter and add brown sugar. Cook until the sugar melts. Add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream and cook until color changes and desired consistency has reached. Let it cool at room temperature.

Refrigerate the caramel

Pour this mixture on the crust and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

In a bowl add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form. Note: Chill the NESTLÉ MILKPAK Whipping Cream overnight in the fridge and whip it with an electric beater.
