For chicken marination

1. In a bowl add chicken, NESTLÉ MILKPAK yogurt, ginger garlic paste, white pepper powder, salt and mix it well. Marinate the chicken for 15-20 mins.

For Malai Handi Preparation

1. In a pan heat oil and add onion. Cook for 1-2 mins. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a few seconds.
2. Add marinated chicken and cook until chicken changes color. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, green chilies, white pepper powder, salt and mix it well.
3. Add 1/4 cup of hot water if necessary, add NESTLÉ MILKPAK yogurt and cover and cook for 7-10 mins.
4. Take off the lid and add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy cream. Cook for 2-3 mins. Add water and cook until the chicken is fully done.
5. Now transfer it to a serving bowl. Garnish NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream and serve. Your Malai Handi is ready.
