Prepare Sauce

In a pan, heat butter and add flour to roast. Then add milk and cream, mix well, and add chicken, bell pepper, and all spices. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and creamy, then let it cool.

Prepare Samosa Patti

Place one samosa patti vertically and apply the flour mixture in the center. Place another patti horizontally to form a plus sign. Add filling in the center, top with shredded cheese, fold the right side over the mixture, apply flour mixture, and fold the upper side. Seal all four sides to form a box shape.

Coat and Fry
