Cook broccoli florets in boiling water for 4 minutes. Cool under running cold water.

Cook the fettuccini pasta according to the packaging instructions.

Heat the oil in a large saucepan and sauté the garlic. Add the chicken strips and cook for 5 minutes, or until it’s cooked. Add the mushrooms and bell peppers. Add the stock cube and sauté for 5 minutes. Add cooked broccoli.

Add milk and cream, cheddar cheese. Bring to a boil with constant stirring, then simmer for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
