Mix the rice flour with 1/4 cup of water and keep it ready.
Blanch nuts - Soak almonds and pistachio in hot water for 15 minutes and peel the skin. Slice it into thin strips.

Boil milk first. Once the milk starts boiling, reduce the flame to low and add sugar and the ground rice paste.
Cook stirring continuously in low or medium flame until the milk thickens like a porridge.Add Mango pulp, cardamom powder, and cook until everything gets blended well. And firni is thick. Add chopped nuts and put it into the refrigerator to chill.Garnish with chopped mangoes, nuts and serve chilled.
