Chill and Whip Cream

Chill Nestlé MilkPak Whipping Cream in the fridge for 4 hours. Beat chilled cream for 3 to 4 minutes with an electric beater till peaks form. Add powdered sugar and coconut milk powder. Whisk to form coconut whipped cream.

Prepare Pineapple

Separate the pineapple syrup and chunks from the tin and chop the pineapple into small chunks.

Layer Cookies and Cream

Dip each cookie in pineapple syrup and layer it at the bottom of the shot glass/dessert cup. Add a swirl of the coconut whipped cream on the cookie layer. Add pineapple chunks and desiccated coconut. Add another layer of pineapple-soaked cookies and more swirls of coconut cream. Top with desiccated coconut.
