Make Frosting:
Frosting layer (1/2 cup MP whipped cream + ¼ cup cream cheese+ ¼ cup icing sugar + 1 tsp lemon juice+ ¼ tsp vanilla) beat cream till soft peaks form and add all ingredients and beat for 30 sec.

Take a parfait glass and make layers:

1. 1st layer: 1/2 Red velvet cupcake (soak with milk or syrup).
2. 2nd layer: 1/2 Mixed fruit chopped (1 tbsp)
