Step 1

Boil sliced onion in Milkpak UHT until it is tender. Once tender, blend the onions and green chilies together to make a paste and keep it aside. In a cooking pan, add oil and fry ginger garlic paste until it turns light brown. Add onion paste and NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt and then cook till it starts leaving oil.

Add chicken, salt, white pepper and almond paste in prepared gravy and cook chicken till its tender.
Add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Cream and garam masala, stir on high flame to get a nice and thick consistency.

Adjust seasoning and garnish with sliced green chillies and almond slices and put on low flame for 2-3 minutes until the Badami Qorma leaves oil. Serve hot with naan.
