For Chicken Preparation:

1. In a bowl add chicken, NESTLÉ MILKPAK yogurt, chili sauce, black pepper, red chili flakes, salt, vinegar, red chili powder. Mix it well and leave it for 10-15 mins.
2. Now in a pan heat oil and add marinated chicken. Cook for 7-8 mins or until fully done. Now add capsicum and onion. Mix it well and sauté it for a minute. set aside.

For Assembling

1.Take a samosa patti and brush flour mixture on it in the center. Place another samosa patti on it perpendicularly.
2. Now add the prepared chicken filling in the center. Wrap the samosa patti in box patty shape.
3. Coat the box patties in beaten eggs and bread crumbs. Put them in an airtight bag. These can be frozen for up to 3 weeks.
4. Deep fry these box patties until crispy and golden brown.
5. Your Chicken Box Patties are ready.
