In a large bowl mix together yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chilies, cumin, garam masala, chaat masala and oil. Add meat pieces and marinate for 6 to 8 hours

Put meat with marinade in a pan in single layer and cook covered over medium heat for 2 to 3 hours or till tender. Pre heat oven at 200 degrees.
