Chocolate Chip Muffins

Preheat oven to 190˚C.

Line a 12-hole bun tin with muffin paper cases.

Mix plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk and water in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer for 3 minutes or until ingredients are well combined.

Mix oil, eggs and vanilla powder in a separate mixing bowl for 4-5 minutes or until the mixture becomes foamy.

Gradually add the foamy mixture into the dough mixture with chocolate chip chocolates and mix until well combined. Do not over mix.

Spoon the mixture into the muffin paper cases, filling only three quarters of each case, then bake for 20 minutes or until baked and puffed.

Take out to cool at room temperature for 3 minutes then remove the paper cases from the holes and keep to cool on a wire rack.

Tip: You can serve muffins warm or at room temperature.
