KitKat Cheesecake

Crush the KitKat and cornflakes.

Mix half of KitKat and cornflakes portion with 1/4 cup of melted butter. Then, press half of the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until well combined and smooth.

Gently fold the remaining KitKat and cornflakes mixture into the cream cheese mixture.

Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.

Refrigerate the cheesecake bars for at least 4 hours, or until set.

For best results, chill overnight. Garnish with cornflakes before serving.
