Step by step
Stone and chop the Medjool dates and place them in a bowl with 100 ml boiling water; leave for about 30 minutes until cool and well-soaked, then mash a bit with a fork.
Add Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk to the soaked dates, mix well and set aside.
In another bowl, mix the unsalted butter, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla essence, and wheat flour until well combined.
Add the eggs to the condensed milk, dates, and Nestlé SQUEEZY mixture, mix well, then add this mixture to the flour mixture and mix to combine all together.
Pour the mixture into a prepared baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 40–45 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Once the cake cools down, drizzle Nestlé SQUEEZY Caramel on top.
