Step by step
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter until sandy.
Press firmly into heart-shaped molds or into a lined tray. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk and vanilla.
In a bowl, add the powdered sugar to the strawberries and crush well. Add this mixture to the cream cheese mixture and mix at low speed to combine.
Sprinkle gelatin over hot water, mix well to dissolve it, and add it to the cream cheese mixture, stirring constantly.
Gently fold in the whipped cream to keep it airy.
Pour the mixture over the chilled crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
Top with whipped cream and berry jam, and garnish with fresh strawberries and other toppings of your choice.
